Shoegaro’s promise of providing you the best services is intact during this pandemic. Shoegaro has updated its services in order to provide you with the most effective timely deliveries. Delivery of your order:

  1. Shoegaro is now using www.indiapost.gov,in in order to provide you timely delivery and to reach at every corner of India where you want.
  2. During this pandemic, it will take five to ten days to deliver your Shoegaro product.

Exchange & Return:

  1. Shoegaro stands its promise of exchange and return of unused products up to 180 days.
  2. Unfortunately pick up facilities are not available during the pandemic. If you wish to exchange or return please send* your unused product by speed post facility by India Post to the following address:

  1. Your new Shoegaro product in exchange of the previous Shoegaro product will be dispatched in next two working days after your speed post is received. It may take up to 10 days to reach you.
  2. Your refund (Price of the product you paid + Amount of India post speed post you paid*) will be processed in next three working days after your speed post is received.
  3. Please share speed post details or a snap shot of the receipt of speed post by email to care@shoegaro.com or you can whatsapp the details at Shoegaro customer care number (+91-9119013357).
