Shoegaro’s promise of providing you with the best services is intact during this pandemic. We have updated our services in order to provide you with the most effective timely deliveries during the course of an unexpected global pandemic. Please see how:

Delivery of your order:

  • Shoegaro is now using India Post in order to provide you timely delivery and to reach every corner of India where you want.
  • During this pandemic, it will take five to ten days to deliver your Shoegaro product.

Exchange & Return:

  • Shoegaro stands its promise of exchange and return of unused products up to 180 calendar days.
  • Unfortunately, pick up facilities are not available during the pandemic. If you wish to exchange or return please send* your unused product by speed post facility by India Post to the following address:

  • Your new Shoegaro product in exchange for the previous Shoegaro product will be dispatched in the next two working days after your speed post is received. It may take up to 10 days to reach you.
  • Your refund (Price of the product you paid + Amount of India post speed post you paid*) will be processed in next three working days after your speed post is received.
  • Please share speed post details or a snapshot of the receipt of speed post by email to care@shoegaro.com or you can WhatsApp the details at Shoegaro customer care number (+91-9119013357).

 

Returns & Refunds

Shoegaro wants you to be thrilled with your new footwear. However, if you need to return a product, we're here to help.

 

Exchange and Return Policy

  • You have 180 calendar days to exchange or return an item from the date you received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Shoegaro online Store can be returned to Shoegaro. Shoegaro products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy
  • The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
    • Any product that has been used.
    • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
    • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
    • Any product without a valid, readable, unhampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
    • Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) or product code has been removed from its original packaging.

How to Exchange/Return a Product

  • Simple steps to initiate the exchange/return with Shoegaro are as follows:
  • To exchange/return an item please email to care@shoegaro.com or WhatsApp at Shoegaro customer care numbers (9119013357 or 9027779634).
  • Please state the reason for your exchange/return.
  • Send us two photos of your Shoegaro product
    • One photo taken from the top of the product
    • One photo of the bottom of the product; i. e. Photo of the sole of the footwear.

 

How to send back the (Exchange/Return) Product

  • The footwear you have will be picked from your place in next 48 hrs of initiating the return.
  • Please keep ready all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
  • Courier person, who will come to pick up the product from you, will give you a receipt of pickup. 
  • Please share a photo of the receipt with us. As soon as you share the photo of receipt your exchange/refund process will be initiated.

 

When will an exchange product be delivered

Your new product will be dispatched to you in next two working days and the tracking details of the new product will be shared with you on your registered mobile number. The product will take usual delivery time to reach you.

 

How much time it will take to Refund the money

The money will be refunded to your given account in next seven working days of initiating your refund.
